We strive to make constant and effective improvements in the manufacture of our steel products in terms of facility practices, production methods and the selection of approved suppliers who provide raw materials and components to e-Systems Group, LLC. Wherever possible, we use recycled steel materials and recycle scrap steel generated at our facility. We have eliminated the use of solvent-based paints and have converted to powder coating for all of our steel surfaces as a means of minimizing the discharge of volatile compounds and waste. We select laminate suppliers who utilize engineered woods substrates specifically grown for our type of material use and strive to reduce the use of solvent-based adhesives. And, whenever possible, we design packaging solutions for shipments that minimize the use of corrugated and packaging materials to minimize the impact of disposal to our environment.
